Activating your unique AYOA License
Have you received a voucher from your DSA or ATW Needs Assessment team? Here's how to get access to AYOA
If you have an AYOA voucher from your DSA needs assessor, you can activate it by combining your unique voucher ID with a specific URL prefix (usually starting with 'https://account...').
Enter the full combined URL (prefix + unique voucher ID) into your internet browser's address bar. This will open a special AYOA window prompting you to redeem your voucher and activate your plan.
After activation, if you see 'Subscription Status- Active' in your account, your voucher has been claimed successfully. If you see 'free plan', please reach out to the person who provided your voucher for further help.
It's important to redeem your voucher promptly, as unused vouchers begin counting down after 60 days, which eats into the overall lifespan of your AYOA account (5 years for DSA, 3 for ATW)
