AYOA and ATW

If eligible for the Access to Work (ATW) scheme, you may be entitled to funding for tools to help in the workplace. That includes AYOA, the all-in-one neuro-inclusive productivity platform.

Whether you're meeting deadlines, juggling priorities, or simply trying to stay focused in a fast-paced environment, AYOA adapts to your thinking style - enhancing clarity, reducing overwhelm, and supporting you to work at your best, whatever comes your way.

Designed to Support the Way You Think

AYOA combines task management, mind mapping, and AI-powered planning tools in a all in one, easy-to-use workspace.

It can be especially helpful for individuals with:

  • ADHD - break tasks into visual timelines, smart use reminders, and reduce distractions. Use the Idea Bank to store ideas when they come to mind. Use the Task Board to prioritise tasks and manage your projects effectively with the built-in Gantt view.

  • Dyslexia - replace text-heavy planning with images, colour-coding, and visual workflows. Select dyslexia friendly fonts of your choice, including Lexend and Open Sans. Break down dense documents into visual, actionable mind maps.

  • Autism - personalise your workspace to minimise sensory overload and improve focus. Add voice notes to your branches to get your ideas down quickly and succinctly. Utilise the Neurosettings to minimise jargon and return clear and concise content.

  • Dyspraxia - use templates and whiteboards to map out ideas clearly and confidently. Use the Task board to plan, organise and action workflows.

No more slowdowns from switching between apps. All the support you need in one tool, tailored to the way you work best.

Claim AYOA through Access to Work

The Access to Work scheme can cover the cost of an AYOA subscription for eligible employees across the UK.

If you have a disability, long-term health condition, mental health challenge, or neurodivergent condition that affects your day-to-day work, you could be entitled to funding. Here’s how:

  1. Check your eligibility: You can find information on the Access to Work website which outlines requirements to receive funding.
  2. Apply for a grant: This can be done online or over the phone. You’ll need to provide details such as your workplace address and information about your condition that affects your ability to work.
  3. After you apply: You will be contacted by Access to Work to discuss your application. They may ask for information about your workplace or disability, and may want contact details to speak with your employer.
  4. Following this conversation: A decision will be made on whether funding will be provided, how much this funding will be, and what will be funded. The outcome will be detailed in a letter.
  5. Once funding is agreed: You or your employer will be able to purchase the products outlined in your Access to Work grant letter and apply for reimbursement. If listed in your letter, your reimbursement will cover the cost of AYOA alongside your other items and support. Reimbursement can be granted either online or by post.
