AYOA subscription: failed payments

What should I do if I cannot pay for my AYOA subscription?

If your bank rejects our attempt to take a payment, we'll let you know by sending you an email.

Banks can decline payments for many different reasons including unusual spending habits, insufficient funds and incorrect card information like expiration date or CVC.

To resolve the issue, you could try updating your card details inside your AYOA account settings, or contacting your bank and asking them to let the transaction through.

You can update your card details in your account settings by clicking here.

Please note, the AYOA support team cannot update your payment details.

We'll automatically retry to take the payment 1, 4 and 7 days after the first failure.

After 4 failed payment attempts, your subscription will be cancelled.

Cancelled subscriptions automatically default to a free AYOA plan. In this plan, you can still use AYOA, but without Ultimate features.

If your account is not accessed for 6 months after cancellation, we reserve the right to delete your data, in line with our  Privacy Policy and Security Features.
