AYOA's Task Management capabilities extend to Gantt Timeline, or Gantt Chart views. This view is great for presenting an overview of a project's progress, with a summary of all tasks, categories, relationships or dependencies, and target completion dates, with the option zoom in and see the finer details, or pan out and see how your project will look in a week, a month or even a year's time
To create a new Gantt chart, you start off with a New Project inside AYOA
Here you'll be prompted to format the start of your project as a Mind Map, Workflow or Whiteboard
NOTE: All project views are linked in AYOA, so you can choose any of these primary views to begin with switch to Gantt Timeline view later.
Once in your project, be sure to navigate to the Task Board space by selecting the tick/check icon in the header menu at the top of your screen.
Next, select 'Gantt Timeline' from the available Task Board views.
From here, you can start building your Gantt Timeline for your project
