How do I cancel my Ayoa Subscription

If you decide that you do not wish to renew your subscription, you can cancel the auto-renewal.

Oh no! We're sad to see you go, but we understand that sometimes we all need a break. Just know that we'll be here with open arms (and fresh mind maps!) when you're ready to return to the world of visual thinking.

Cancelling your account is as easy but please note that for security reasons, we can't accept cancellation requests via email. You'll need to sign in to your account and follow the process below – it's easy. Here's how:

1. Log in to your Ayoa account using your user name and password.
2. Click on the menu button in the top left corner
3. Select "Settings"
4. Choose "Account Settings"
5. On the Account Settings page, select "Ayoa Subscription"
6. Follow the prompts to cancel your account

Don't worry, you'll still be able to use your account until the end of your current subscription period.

Remember, your Ayoa journey doesn't have to end here. We'll keep your seat warm and your canvas blank for when inspiration strikes again!

What happens when my subscription ends?

Once your subscription has come to an end, your account will be downgraded to a free version with limited options.

Your boards, templates and contact list will not be deleted when your subscription ends, but you will have limited access to premium features, and the read-only view for task boards and whiteboards. We reserve the right to delete accounts and the data contained within 6 months if the account is not accessed.  

If you have invited another Ayoa subscriber to one of your task boards or whiteboards, they will have read-only access to that board once your subscription has ended.

When you set up a new subscription on the same account, you will regain access to all your previously created boards and options.
