What happens if I purchase an additional subscription when my account already has an active subscription?
It's possible for you to purchase an additional subscription, even if you haven't come to the end of your active subscription yet.
This can happen if one of the following is true:
- You have purchased a Ayoa subscription through any of the app stores as an In-App Purchase
- You have cancelled a previous Ayoa subscription with remaining time on your account
- You are purchasing an upgrade to a larger team.
In these cases, when setting up a Ayoa subscription the period of time until the account expires date is not lost and is taken into consideration when calculating your next billing date.
