# Toggle AI On/Off 

## Take control of when AI supports your thinking. Perfect for deep focus sessions, reflective thinking, or assessment contexts where original thought matters.

**AI On/Off Toggle **

AYOA's new AI On/Off Toggle lets students enable or disable AI tools across their account, giving them the freedom to choose when they want guidance and when they prefer to work independently.

Open your settings menu:

Click on your App Settings:

You will then have the below pop up menu and you can toggle it On/Off.
