Why do I keep having to log in?

We automatically log customers out for security when their IP address location changes

Why does my IP address change?

Your IP address can change when you log in at home and later at work or while accessing your AYOA account on a mobile device from different locations.

In certain situations, automatic log-out can happen more frequently when you connect to the internet via a dynamic IP address or a VPN service (these rotate your IP address frequently)

If you or your business use a VPN, and you would like us to turn off the security feature that automatically logs you out of your account when it detects an IP address change - please contact our support team who can help amend your settings with your permission.

Please note: adjusting any security features alters the level of protection you have against common cyber security threats.

We recommend using two-factor authentication to secure access to your account, and single-sign on (SSO) when using AYOA as part of a business plan.
